For the past seventeen years I have made it my business to help others become part of the Sonoma Valley Lifestyle... When Ron Vitt and Ellen Brantley left "Intel" to live their dreams, they had the freedom to go anywhere in the world. After an extensive search of Sonoma and Napa Counties they purchased this beautiful home. They remodeled extensively, planted their vines, and have turned their dreams into a reality.
The Brantleys found the natural beauty of Sonoma’s "Valley of the Moon" to be more intoxicating than the fine wines produced here... Our bountiful agriculture, the historic old-world charm, the ideal climate, and the talented and resourceful citizenry combine to make Sonoma Valley the perfect place to raise a family, retire, or escape from city-life while still being just 45 minutes away from San Francisco, perhaps the most beautiful, cultured, cosmopolitan city in the world.
I don’t sell homes... I manage events for people going through life’s important transitions requiring the sale or purchase of a home. This is usually due to a job change, a change in family composition, a change in health, or a change in finances. The joy and challenge of my job is that no two transactions are alike. The variety of circumstances is as varied as the people themselves.
My no-nonsense style involves developing trust, rapport, and open communication with you... We’ll gather information, formulate a plan of action, and set out to accomplish our goal of a successfully closed real estate transaction.
