When it comes to your real estate transaction, it is my responsibility to provide several alternatives for each of the many tasks involved. It is impossible to prepare a detailed list of my vendors here, as my selection will very depending on the specifics of the property and the transaction involved. Likewise, timing, scheduling, and budget considerations may influence my selection.

At times I represent the Buyer exclusively, the Seller exclusive, and on occasion I represent both parties as dual agent. Normally, the agent for the Buyer selects the majority of venders of supporting real estate services. My decision not to provide specific recommendations here is intended to maintain and preserve my flexibility and access to these essential real estate services and provide old and new providers a level playing field to obtain my referral business.
